Cancellation conditions
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome. One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One further child from 6 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. All further older children or adults are charged USD 70.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy
No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes
VAT is not applicable. 12 % service charge per room per night is included. 2 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Internet
Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable. Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.
